Made Together Idaho

REFUND POLICY

TICKET & REFUND POLICY

We can't wait to create with you!

Each Made Together Idaho Make Night is carefully planned in advance, and supplies are purchased and prepared specifically for the number of registered guests. Because of this, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

TICKET TRANSFERS

Can't make it after all? You're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else!

Please contact Made Together Idaho before the event whenever possible with the name of the person who will be attending in your place.

Transferred tickets have no cash value through Made Together Idaho and remain subject to the original event terms.

MISSED EVENTS & NO-SHOWS

Refunds, credits or transfers to a future Make Night cannot be provided for missed events or no-shows.

Because your materials have already been purchased and prepared, unused project materials are not guaranteed to be available for pickup after the event.

IF MADE TOGETHER IDAHO CANCELS

If Made Together Idaho cancels an event and does not reschedule it, registered guests will receive a full refund of the ticket amount paid to Made Together Idaho.

If an event is rescheduled, registered guests may either attend the new date or request a refund.

VENUE CHANGES

Because Made Together Idaho partners with local venues throughout the Treasure Valley, occasionally circumstances outside our control may require an event to move to another nearby location.

If the venue changes but the event remains on the same date and at substantially the same time within the general local area, tickets will remain valid for the new location.

Registered guests will be notified of any venue change as soon as reasonably possible.

PROJECT VARIATIONS

Photos used to advertise a Make Night are representative of the project you'll create.

Because many of our projects use plants, flowers, wood, stone and other natural or handmade materials, exact colors, sizes, varieties and decorative elements may vary based on availability.

That's part of what makes every creation unique!
